For all other insurances, or for non- insured patients, payment is due in full at time of service unless a prior financial arrangement has been made. Because we render the services to you, you are responsible for payment to us, then your insurance is responsible for your reimbursement. We are happy to submit claims for you.
We participate as an in-network provider with Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Cigna PPO plans. We will gladly process your insurance claims and estimate the amount covered by your insurance. Pre-determination’s are done upon request. The remaining balance is ultimately the responsibility of the patient as your dental benefits are a contract between your employer and your insurance carrier. Your estimated co-pay and/or deductible for treatment is due on the day of service.
We gladly accept most other dental insurance plans as out of network and are happy to file claims on your behalf. If your insurance is out of network or you do not have dental insurance, we ask for full payment at the time services are rendered and your insurance company will send any reimbursement directly to you. We will always do our best to help you maximize your insurance benefits. However, your treatment plan is individually based on one’s diagnosis and is not based on your dental insurance benefits or lack of benefits.
