We participate! So only co-payments or fees for the non-covered procedures are collected at the time of service

Other Isurance

For all other insurance or for non-insured patients, payment is due in full at time of service unless a prior financial arrangement has been made. Because we render the services to you. You are responsible for payment to us, and your insurance is responsible for reimbursement to you.

Large Treatment Plans

For large treatment plans, we will work with your insurance to maximize your benefits and can predetermine the services for an accurate out of pocket cost and reimbursment. A down payment of 1/3 of treatment cost or co-payment is required prior to treatment.

Financing Options

Financing options are available through our office with no additional cost to you for services over $300. These include 3 equal monthly payments, or Care Credit financing for those who qualify.
